1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Beply.io ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Beply.io is a multi-channel messaging platform that enables businesses to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Telegram from a unified inbox. Our Service includes:

  • Unified inbox for multiple messaging channels
  • Team collaboration tools
  • Message management and organization
  • Integration with Meta (WhatsApp Business API, Instagram Messaging API) and Telegram

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging that violates platform policies
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or their customers
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or malicious code
  • Violate Meta's Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Policy, or Instagram Terms of Use

5. Third-Party Integrations

To use WhatsApp and Instagram messaging features, you must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and maintain required approvals. We are not responsible for any changes to Meta's services or policies that may affect your use of these features.

6. Fees and Payment

Our Service may include free and paid plans. For paid plans:

  • Payments are due in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEPLY.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
