Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1: Delete Your Account (Recommended)

Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

1. Log in to your Beply.io account at https://beply.io/login
2. Go to Settings → Account
3. Scroll down to Danger Zone
4. Click Delete Account
5. Confirm the deletion by entering your password

This will delete:

• Your account information
• All connected channels
• All conversations and messages
• All team member associations
• All organization data

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

Send an email to privacy@beply.io with:

• Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
• Your registered email address
• Your organization name (if applicable)

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Option 3: Disconnect Specific Channels

If you only want to remove data from specific channels:

1. Log in to your Beply.io account
2. Go to Settings → Channels
3. Click Disconnect on the channel you want to remove
4. Confirm the disconnection

This will remove:

• All conversations from that channel
• All messages from that channel
• The channel connection and credentials
